Shipping informations:

The delievery is worldwide with DHL, HERMES, FEDEX, UPS or DPD.


Shipping Costs:

In every country outside of Germany the shipping charge is a Flatrate about 15 Euro. For jewelry it is cheaper, please contact us before you buy.

Returns and Refounds:

If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, you can return it to us in a sealed condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund or an exchange.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Returns should be packed securely. We do not pay the shipping fee for the refunded items.

Delivery:

The delivery period in which you will receive your order is approximate. Your purchase will be sent to the address provided by you in your order unless a change of address has been confirmed by us. If you are ordering more than one item then your purchase may be sent out to you in installments if items are out of stock.
